2020 GRIZZLIES WINTER TRAINING

Grizzlies Girls Lacrosse is excited to announce a great line up of training to build skills, fitness and readiness for our competitive Grizzlies Spring Lacrosse season!  We have 8 fantastic sessions beginning January 11th through February 29th.  We have 5 awesome organizations with professional lacrosse coaches who have all played at the NCAA level of play that we have invited to come work with our girls along side our Grizzlies coaches.  This unique opportunity will provide higher level training, new and different formats as well as exposure to higher level training club opportunities.  We are also once again partnering with FYX Training to provide cross training for athletic improvement and injury prevention.
